Community & Schools Through the participation
of a multitude of local organizations, Fredericksburg
Virginia maintains an outstanding quality of life. While
our community is rapidly growing, we've preserved a
unique set of core values that makes Fredericksburg one
of our countries best small towns in which to live.
Nestled tightly on the Rappahannock river,
Fredericksburg offers a unique perspective to our
historic roots that lead back to George Washington and
the Civil War. Displayed below are a few reasons why so
many of us have chosen to live in this beautiful and
historic area.

Local High Schools and Private Schools
Listed below are links to several of the area's
school systems. Please keep a few things in mind
when you search. There are several communities in
Spotsylvania and Stafford counties that have a
Fredericksburg postal address. Those communities are
not (necessarily) in the City of Fredericksburg
school system.
